Return/Refund Policy

Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can exchange for a different size. Just return the item within 7 days in its original condition. It MUST be unworn, unwashed, with no scents, no animal hair, no stains, etc. If your item is not in original condition, we will not offer an exchange. Once your exchange is approved, we will prepare your new item within our current turnaround time. You can pick up your exchanged item at Rachel K Creations 221 East Main Street Lock Haven, or have it shipped with a $5.95 shipping fee.

Refund Policy

We will refund your order (minus a 20% restocking fee) once your return has been received. Your order must be returned within 3 days of being received, in its original condition. It must be unworn, unwashed, with no scents, animal hair, stains, etc. You will be refunded within 3 days of receiving your return, assuming it is in its original condition.

Custom Orders

A 'Custom Order' is any product that is made-to-order, or any product that was not in-stock and readily available to ship at the time of purchase. Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded for any reason. For this reason, please double check your personalization spellings and your sizing and colors chosen.
