School Apparel Disclaimer
Rachel K Creations is happy to print (+$7.00 per item) or embroider (+$17.00 per item) approved Lock Haven Catholic School logos on customer-provided apparel.
Please note that Rachel K Creations does not determine or approve apparel styles, colors, or dress code compliance. It is the customer's responsibility to verify with Lock Haven Catholic School that the garment they provide meets all current school dress code requirements and is approved for student wear.
Rachel K Creations is not responsible for items that are later determined to be unapproved by the school. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have confirmed the garment's compliance with the school's guidelines before production begins. No refunds will be given for any reason.
Customer-Provided Garments: While Rachel K Creations will take every reasonable precaution and use the same level of care we do with all orders, decorating customer-supplied apparel always carries some risk. Because we did not manufacture or supply the garment, we cannot guarantee how it will react to the printing or embroidery process. Rachel K Creations is not responsible for garments that become damaged, scorched, shrink, distort, or do not decorate as expected. If an issue occurs, we will not charge an additional press or embroidery fee to attempt a replacement on another customer-provided garment; however, we are not responsible for reimbursing or replacing the original garment. The only way we can fully guarantee our workmanship and the finished product is when the garment is purchased through Rachel K Creations.
